Node Face Constraint List

Can you please add more explanation to the manual, section 16.2. Node Face Constraint List. Specifically, it is confusing that the list of options starts with "// 2. Master slave". Why are there options 2. 3. 7. 6. only and in this sequence. There is no information why and how it matters if the slave nodes lie on the surface. What is the difference in the implementation of options 2 and 7 ? Is in one case the offset used to determine moment contributions.
