Facet Dump file - extension of content

At the moment the face dump file contains only the IDs of the nodes it is linked to as well as unit vectors, areas, and projected areas.

For many applications (e.g. dissipated energy) it would be convenient to either add
(1) the link length to both nodes,
(2) the associated tet volumes, or both.

This would remove the need to also export the cell dump file and have a script that looks for node IDs and then calculates the length.
