[Version 2018.03.20] Fixed a bug introduced in version 2018.01.00.

In version 2018.01.00, the patch to fix the Node-Face bond bug (found and reported by Honza) requires an update for the SlidingWithFriction formulation, which was not implemented.

This issue is now fixed in version 2018.03.15.
